Job Title: Door to Door Direct Sales Representative for Texas HomePro Roofing and Remodeling

Job Description:

Texas HomePro Roofing and Remodeling is seeking a highly motivated and driven Door to Door Direct Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business through door to door sales, establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct door to door sales to potential customers in assigned territories

• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers

• Provide customers with product information and answer questions

• Prepare and present proposals to potential customers

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and secure referrals

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

• Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of 1 year experience in door to door sales or related field

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong negotiation and closing skills

• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
